Stephanie and I took somewhere around 2,500 pictures this year….

Yeah, we know. It’s a sickness. Pray for us.

The best 20-or-so percent of them are posted over at http://photos.therieslands.com, but that’s still a whole lot of pictures.

So for the next two weeks, I hope to be posting a series of favorite shots from 2007.

Today, it’s my favorite shots from January, when we went to Passion ’07.

One of my favorite things about Passion is their heavy emphasis on world missions. The ‘go center’ was amazing, and they had a whole corner dedicated to Central Asia. That’s me pointing to my once home…

That’s my honey, about a month before we got married. The theme of the conference was ‘shine’, which sounds cheesy, but it really affected me…

The banner from Passion ’06 was on display

This photo is really special to us… it represents a day when we stood up in front of thousands of people and committed ourselves to pray and seek the Lord about committing our lives together to the fulfillment of the Great Commission overseas… That hasn’t changed :0)

Here are a couple more from January that didn’t get included in the original post:
